Yes, I hired Marc. Nothing special in the beginning, after I explain the case to him. he suggest me two way, one way is he can write a letter into consulate and try to turn around the case, second is doing NOIR letter.

After the discussion and analyst the situation, he thinks it's not a big chance for turn around the case, ( if you wanna turn around the case and write letter into consulate will delay the NOIR letter) that's why he told me.

So we choose fight for NOIR letter. then all I can do is wait and prepare all the evidence I need, phone record, travel record, QQ record, ETC.

He did mentioned poor income is weak point for PO deny my case(that's why we have co-sponsor, but Guangzhou consulate love to deny people with poor income!He said)

, since that, the VO will use a lot of "different" reasons say why deny my case when back to UCSIS for supervisor reviewed.

Anyway, All I do is wait now... Sigh what a long and painful waiting

I would like to ask that Will my wife have a chance ever deny to come to USA. or She can come eventually under the immigration law if our relationship is real?

There is something I have to figure out about some specific detail! My wife went to agency again and they told her, her case is completely "deny" will sent back to USCIS. The agency said they can write the letter into the Guangzhou consulted and "may" change the outcome. Cam I trust that?

She is very worry about this. Keep asking me want to spend that money. So my question is

How many type of "white slip" the guangzhou embassy have?

1:deny but have tiny chance (asking for motion for reconsider) for change the decision?

2:Completely deny, must sent back to USCIS?

The thing is what should I Exactly do beside writing letter to the senator and representative?

One of the side story, My Antie highly suggest me use "Chinese agency" to help me. They said they can help us to appeal "fast!" what's the price! $20000!

My wife got denied! What a big joke! reason? Not believe not relationship,

Vo asked her, why I can go back to china everyone year without Money support, what a questions, because I save my money and I live with my family, I dont have to pay rent and eat,

I heard the security guard only collect the "official appointment letter" from the Entrance of the Embassy in Guangzhou, since we are doing Ep

How we can show them the Original Letter? Does the security Guard know about EP? Because we can only print out the Appointment letter which is not "orignal"!

If I dont go back, I cant give her the I-864 form ( coz I did I-864 FROM EP in My side, she didnt have the orignal I-864 form), then Do I have to mail her I-864 form if I dont go back with her interview?!

Just got a new Email from NVC

This is the email:

Dear Sir/Madam:

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

I would like to ask that is there anyway I can push up the timing for "additional processing".

Anything I can do beside wait??

I would like to ask you guys , Have you heard the NVC representative said about additional processing under "Final Reviewed" status. I call NVC today.

I ask them that why my case took so long because from Sign in failed to give out the interview date. They said my case is in additional processing, no time frame.

But all my needed files are sent. Just wait for the email.

How come My " Final review" Status can be this long? I saw a lot of VJ TIME. The time gap from Final review to Interview date is acutally fast... I have been waiting for 2 weeks..
