Last July 7 i called USCIS regarding my biometric schedule, I was able to talk to an officer and he told me that I should be getting a letter through mail by 22 of this month and just this morning I finally received my biometrics appointment on August 7.

Please add me to this group. I sent my package May 22, they received May 26 and check was cashed last Friday. Got my NOA1 this morning with a receipt date May 26. Ohhh service center is CSC.

I didn't get any text/email from them about the progress of my application and I can't check online my case status before but last week I was able to check online about my EAD using the receipt number but for my I-485 receipt number still case can not be found. Keep on

Checking your MSC receipts number maybe it will update soon.

Got my EAD in the mail this morning. Here's my timeline:

Sent AOS with EAD package - Sept. 27

Receipt Date Notice- October 3

Biometrics - October 26

EAD Approval- December 1

Card Production- December 4

USPS collected the Card from USCIS - December 7

EAD Card on Hand- December 10

I do not think it will be a problem.

Good news! You will not get another RFE. They only send ONE. Obviously he mistakenly filled in something not applicable to him, since this does not apply to a US citizen whatever he puts there is NA.

Ohhh thank you, i am relieved somehow...i think the A# assigned to our case is my A# once the petition is approved. my fiance thought it was our file number so he mistakenly put it on that item.

Not signing the 325 is a Automatic rejection at the bottem of the page. At the Right hand corner at the bottom for a Alien # it should be None. That what I remember. I think the mistake was not signing it. Of course its going to be rejected. Am I correct or please advise.

That's the reason why we got RFE because my fiance failed to sign the G-325A so my fiance sent the signed and complete G325 but then he put the A# to the item File Number A_____ which it should be NONE.

Is your fiance a citizen by birth or naturalization?

If he listed an Alien registration number by mistake and you get a RFE, just respond to it.

My fiance is a citizen by birth, my fiance got confused about it because from our rfe notice there was an A# assigned already to our case so he listed it to the new G-325A that he just submitted to the USCIS as our RFE response... argghhh! i don't want another rfe.

Hello everyone, i am so worried now coz my fiance (the petitioner) sent the rfe response yesterday to the USCIS. OUr RFE is the G-325A of the Petitioner because my fiance overlooked to sign the form and was not able to fill up the box on the bottom part of the form so he submitted a new copy but the problem is my fiance was confused about the item File Number A____________, on our RFE notice of Action, the USCIS assigned already an A# so my fiance put that particular number on the File Number Item which it should be NONE coz he is as US Citizen. Would it be a problem? What shall we do? Call the USCIS once they received our RFE reply and explain to them about the typo error? Any advise and insights from you guys is a BIG Help. Did they just email you and say we need more evidence? 127 days since they received my application.. I know what my RFE would be.. I'm just waiting for them to say it and send me the letter...

we got a text and email and it also stated in our case status at uscis, we have to wait the hard copy of the mail so we will know what documents they need from us.

Hello May Filers, looks like everybody here have their visa already, after 141 days since NOA1, we got RFE and we are now waiting for the hard copy so we will know what document they need from us.

I'm a May filer too, it's been 137 days since NOA1 at CSC. I don't know when would be my NOA2 but I hope before the year 2011 ends, it will show up at my fiance's mailbox.

i am also crossing my fingers that we wont have to wait for our 5th month (3 weeks from now). although there is a very very slim chance we could actually get it, im still hoping because my fiance will be here next month. would be awesome if he can be here with me for my interview

my fiance would be here in 3 weeks coz we thought we will have our NOA2 by September and he can be with me on the interview but CSC forget us already so we will just enjoy our time together, i hope we wont be tempted to get married since we have a pending K1 application...hehehe

What happened to California Service Center? They stop touching the cases for June Filers? It's past 3 months already and no news from them yet, not even an RFE,
