You're definitely eligible. When Hugh and I went for his, we had a lady who was "just helping out" for the day. I printed off a page from the SSN website to bring along, just in case they gave us hassle. So I showed that to her and she typed in all his info. Unfortunately she did something wrong in the application on the computer and they had to send in his application to department of homeland security for verification. So it ended up taking him about 2.5 weeks to get his SSN car...

I called DOS - GOOD NEWS!! Packet 4 has been sent out and interview date is set for March 22nd. . . let the count down begin! I'm so excited!!!!
