so many people tell me they need a lawyer for fiance/spousal visa... i say get yourself on visajourney.com because lawyers don't guarantee anything!! have to say THANKS to vj MODS... this place is the best, all things immigration. =]

PACKET 3 WAS SENT DEC 2ND???? fiance has yet to receive it from Kingston... it's been 10 days- normal wait time or too long?? do they need to resend it??

a lot of people never get packet three from kingston. I posted this after we got ours http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/307713-jamaica-packet-3/ it is the whole packet...you don't really need it to actually send in the DS 230 part 1, you can do that ASAP so you can get an interview date

im at a loss of where or what we're doing with the case as of now... nvc received the petition nov 12th and fiance hasn't received his packet in the mail yet.... is there something we need to be doing???

welcome!! read all guides on here over and over and double check once you print out forms, I printed some things five or more times because of mistakes but keep going until they come out perfect
Also, make sure you have original signatures on documents and it helped me to print out the VJ guides and highlight things and cross them off once they were 100% complete! Good luck! ... -
