I discussed my medical examination with my American Cousin who is doctor.

And told him about testicle stuff.

He said

"He was checking for a hernia. It is a common procedure."

Hernia is not communicable disease. US govt give emphasise on communicable disease. Please go through the medical examination test on US official page.

Your doctor may be taking extra care to keep himself as a medical panel for US immigration. Doing all tests.....

I can't provide proof.

I have many relatives who are now in US and completed their medical exam in Bangladesh where none of them went through this test. I was present at that time along with them. That's why I can boldly argue. Moreover for communicable diseases blood test is enough to test AIDS, sifilies and many other diseases .

Testing testicls is not communicable diseases. It's actually testing the sexual ability. I think US govt don't think about that. These kind of test are performed for Defense requirement. As I was applied for Defense so I have the experience for that.

Can somebody else from pakistan, bangladesh or india share his medical experience please. Is it true that you have to take all your clothes off.

It's not true.... Savvy is just spreading the panic.... They just take blood sample, urine, Xray and check the chest is there any operation history.

Medical Experience

Sorry , I couldn’t posted my experience , because it was too late in night and I was tried.

I went to Doctor at 5 PM.first we submitted our documents at reception , then I was instructed to go to first lab and than to x-ray.

I went to lab section did payment of 1100 rs per person at reception and then blood test was done.

Blood test was almost painless.

Than I moved towards x-ray section.my x-ray was done , I was asked to take off my shirt and stand in front of x-ray machine for chest x-ray. One thing I didn’t liked was that , girls were coming in and out while my chest x-ray was done in X-ray room.

Than I went back to doctor area. 7 patients were before me. Waited almost 1.5 hours for turn.

It was 7:30 PM when I went into doctor room. First doctor asked few questions from me , like who sponsored you , where are you going , which state ? what is the relationship with sponsor.

Than asked , if you have any vaccination record or any medical history.

My history was clear.

Than she asked me , do you smoke or drink , I said No. than she asked what do you do ? I said I am student ,doing Chartered Accountancy and bachelors of commerce.

than she took me to a room , checked my height and weight and than my blood pressure.

Than she checked my mouth and eyes.

Than she went outside and than another male doctor came inside.

He asked me to take off my shirt , pant and underwear and than lay down.

He checked everything , than pressed my testicles , I thought for while is he castrating me ??

While my testicles were pressed , he asked me to cough intentionally , I don’t know what he was checking.

Than he went outside , and I wore my cloths back.

Than I was told to go to vaccination section .I got 2 injections on left hand and 1 injection on right hand.these injections were quiet painful.

Than it was all over.

I was told that you will be called once you medical report will be prepared. After 4-7 days. It was 9 PM when I left hospital.

I read your experience but as per my previous experience for my relatives I didn't see that they were taken off their underwear and checked testicles !!! I think you are not giving the medical examination for Army recruitment !!! I don't believe this............

Got the call letter..! As I have already been interviewed once, this time no specific interview date, I can go on any business day with necessary documents...! yeah.............!

Could someone please tell me how do I get Immigration Visa Case Number? I My F4 Priority date is July 2004 and so far I only have the LIN number, which is assigned by DHS. According to DHS my case has been approved and forwarded to NVC.

Below are the next steps for your VISA processing:

USCIS sends your Approved Petition to NVC (National Visa Center)

NVC

1.NVC assigns its own Case Number to Approved I-130 Petiton

2. NVC Sends COA (Choice Of Agent) form either thru mail / email(if you call and register your email id with NVC)

3.After COA is accepted, NVC sends AOS(Affidavit of Support) & IV(Immigrant Visa) fees

4. You have to send DS230 & I-864 forms to NVC

5.NVC approves your case and sends your complete Case file to Consulate / Embassy

6. Upon receiving your case file, Consulate will schedule your Interview.

Yes I have also submitted all my papers, fees AOS, COA and case is completed in 2011. waiting for PD to get current. Will I still get COA and other papers again?

You will not get COA anymore. Next is interview letter which is Packet IV. I am also waiting for that. You may have to submit police clearance and recent tax return from your petitioner.

my PD is also April 2002 bt i hve recieved all my papers and hve submitted them and my case is waiting for a visa number.How is this possible?I've waiting for my visa number since Jan 2012..

what is the mean if case show in ceac status

If your case is documentary qualified then it will show that your case is at NVC;

Or if your case is approved in USCIS then it will also show that your case is at NVC. My case id documentary qualified and waiting for VISA number to be available since 24 Jan 2011. PD 07 FEB 2002. Attached screen shot is for your reference:

Guys let me clear you one thing......after 1aug,2001......pd will move very fast...........m sure.......if u want any evidence...i will provide you........for that give me your email id........

for sure..his pd is sep,2002 and f4 ...he recieved his COA......m sure...

Please check alainbracho statement in the forum:

Then my question is why Jolly you are not getting the COA for more than 8 months if his statement is true..... there is something wrong.

Sending new COA means that NVC is ready to process new applications; and these applications processing will be completed by issuing VISA by next 6 months. Below steps will take place within six months:

1. COA confirmation

2. AOS submission

3 IV fee generation

4. VISA fee and Documents submission

5. If any discepencies then rectify

6. Documentary qualified and will wait for visa number

7. Receive packet IV for interview.

So we can assume that till August 2002 PD Applicants will get the VISA soon by coming 6 months and F4 will move fast.....

But I have a little doubt on alainbracho as he mentioned in the post that NVC replied him that COA was pending from Dec 2012 then how come others are not getting the COA.

Our New F4 friend filer alainbracho from Venezuela has a PD 09/22/2002 and has received the letter from NVC for further processing..
