So i call NVC automachine & i am missing documents or maybe i didn't fill out something and they sent out a checklist which i still haven't receive.. I had a feeling i would get an interview for atleast at the end of Aug but i don't think i have a chance for next month

Called NVC's AVR today... and it said that my packet has been reviewed but I am missing info or documents I just hope I find out what they need on Monday because I leave Tuesday morning for a month to be with my husband in Macedonia!

Pls help me guys... Is there a list of documents that can be used to verify that my petitioner is a US citizen? coz his birth cert is since 1975 the old one so were soo worried

No IIN yet. Due to holiday, I'll be calling NVC to get it on Tuesday when they're back to work said husband.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE NVC OPERATOR!! AND I GOT OUR CASE NUMBER FINALLY!!! I GOTTA SAY SHE WAS SO NICE ON THE PHONE THE FIRST PERSON THAT WAS HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING!! IM SOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!

grrr! my case hasn't arrived at NVC yet! it's been 16 days >_

Finally after 3 wks. waiting. I received an email from NVC telling me they've received our petition, God is good all the time. July for us is a very good start. Thank you God. Keep your heads up VJ family.

Called NVC again today and she told me that my case was received in their office on june 27th.. but she didnt have a case number to give me... she said it can take another 4-6 weeks i dont know if this is true or not I hate all this waiting..
