I have had my K1 visa interview on 21s oct and after my interview VO asked me to submitt som docs which i already did and then after 1 week embassy told me via email that too i had sent so many then they came back to me saying my petition is being sent back to USCIS for possible revocation , and today i called DHS hotline they say my visa is on AP any idea to whome i should take as a final say if anyone has gone through same sitiuation?

I was not given second chance , but i was told by CO that she would liek to talk to me again when i come back to submitt asked document but badluck when i went there with my docs she was not around and i had to just handover my docs to the clerk.

anyway i m indian living in singapore for long time but let me tell you singapore USA embassy CO ain't good toooo hard and difficult to get through from here!

also i m bit confused now , i had called DHS and tried to understand my visa interview status , they are telling me different story , they say my visa is under AP and embassy told it has been sent back to USCIS not sure to whome i should take as final answer.

I have exactly same sitiuation i have gone through embassy interview on 21s Oct VO told me to submitt some docs and gave me 221g in first interview and she told me she want to talk to me when i come back to submitt it, but when i went to embassy for submitting my docs she was not available and clerk told me we will let you know.....after many days of emailing i found my case has been sent back to USCIS for possible revocation,,,,,,........since then i have been keep on cal NVC and USCIS they do not have my case yet and embassy says it is in transit i guess they sending by pegion way..., my fiancee mum contacted to seneator and they have taken our details and are checking with USCIS or whome so ever i m not sure lady told to my fiancee mum they do get these kind of request everyday do not worry he will get visa but it gonna take a while i m just hoping, and trust me US embassies ain't gud for any......

Also want to know what else we can do about it? to whome we shuld call?

once petition sent back to USCIS by embassy does it mean visa is denied?

and if USCIS approve it can i get my visa ?

it has happend at singapore embassy That VO is not good at all she has been doing it with most of the people, my relationship is from 6 years and every document was in place with loads of proof, one of them was my fiancee dental card and her dental appointment form that i got when she visited me in singapore i just showed this coz wanted to prove that she stayed with me and i got this dental card for her being my domestic partner from my employer, VO wanted a letter from my company to state that i got my fiancee this dental card insurance thing without being married which i submitted , it is real stupid that what i saw everything is fine relationship is 100% real just denying it because they do not want to give it hell stupid , my interview was 45 minutes long she asked me hell alot of questions how come they can returned it to USCIS? even they never updated me on this until i kept sending them so many emails.

alos i want to know where can i check with USCIS about my petition and what does " USCIS for possible revocation" means ? does it means my visa has been denied?

I am going through one more damn stupdity by USA embassy below is my story.

I have given my fiance visa interview on 21st oct my case was solid and genuine but visa office seems to be pushy and she did not want to approve it so somehow she aske dme a stupid Question

to provide some docs which i have already done , the day i submitted my documents she was not available and clerk took it and told they will let me know ASAP

which they never did until i sent emails back and forth and got their reply --> " This office has returned your petition to USCIS for possible revocation. Please contact the USCIS office that adjudicated your initial petition should you wish to check the status of your returned petition." now my question is what can i conclude from this is my visa denied ? anything else from here onward i can do to get it going and i can get my fiance visa???

Please suggest i m pissed off completely,,,,!!!

No this a first petition filed by my fiancee for me and i m on packet 3 stage will be sending back to embassy soon.

all i had is 2 tourist visa rejected due to not able to show strong ties with the country in which i am working as a foreigner.

other than no issues i m with my fiancee for 6 years have all proof of communication chats emails and many more .

i met my faincee online 6 years back and i m worried and bit nervouws after reading your case but i will try my best..coz she has been waiting so badly for me.

and now here is the real thing.if they need more evidence provide as much as you can give them letters from your families and his families as well.

ask your fiance to involve a local congres man, thats all i can advice coz i read VJ blogs almost every day

did you get your medical done at Drs Horne & Chin Pte ltd ? i do not have injections records ?

are these injection needed? and how much did you pay for your medical?

- also for Police verification letter do they send it directly to embassy once i will apply for that?

also my fiancee has a Co-sponsor as her mom does Singapore embassy accept that?

and she is a white i am a asian does it make any difference in the outcome?

we have been together 6 years online and she visited me this feb with her father .

Please send them these...

- Boarding pass and passport stamp to prove you have visted your fiance/fiancee within last 2 years

- Pics with date place and name who are in it at the back side send atleast 5 pics

for above pics show that were taken at some famous places where you met your fiance/fiancee should be good

i have sent above stuff and got approved ,right now am at a stage of sending packet 3 back to US-embassy.

Guys i have more or less same Query, Mine was approved by USCIS on 2nd Aug and it reached to NVC on 12th Aug , i been calling them from sometime to check whent hey will send my docs to Embassy in singapore, the guy over phone told me not yet it is under additional processing what is this? its already 23rd aug today i heard normaly NVC send to Embassy within few days or a week is it a issue?

Maybe i wrote it in a bit wrong way, i do want to get setteled with my fiancee in USA thats what her parents want, i was looking to go back Singapore while my GC is being processed because i do not want to lose the source of income coz i be taking care of my faincee then and with no money in US waiting for EAD and GC done and then search for the job when market is not so good, i was just worried and wanted to know that that is why i thought its good to go back Singapore and wait till GC is done if i get a AP approved (If showing my Singapore employer letter is not a good reason i can say me and my fiancee are going to visit my parrents back in my country?) else i wont move.

also i do not hold that much funds in singapore, her father is retired marine and he does get pension and mother work full time as Nurse at two places, she does earn almost ok to meet 125% poverty line its bit confusing for me now and really making me nervous...Thanks though i m going to think about it and all the best for you!!

I have some Question related to form I-134 and regarding evidence of financial support.

My Fiance had applied for my fiance visa petition which has been approved and it is with NVC right now not sure how much time it will take to come to Singapore Embassy where i am staying for 4+ years and working with one of top American investment bank.

so here is the real thing that i m more worried of.

- My fiancee USC she has left her studies long back after completing her high school she is totaly dependent on her mother income and her mother does not earn enough so i was thinking if i can show some funds in my bank account in singapore and how much will be sufficient also because i have a good job in singapore if i can get a letter from my employer to show that and i am thinking to get 2 months leaves approved by my Manager and a letter from HR stating that i will be joining back my job in singpaore after 2 months is it a good paperwork to get K1 visa approved at US consulate ? or what other evidences i can provide to them ??

-I know its hard to get a job in US as of now atleast in the sector in which i work situation is not that good but in Singapore it is better than that, so i was worried while i be with my fiance after getting married and apply for GC and employment authorisation visa so i will have to wait atleast 3 month with no job and surely if i am there to wait for 3 months i will lose my current job in singapore, i am thinking to get a 2 months off approved by my manager and come over to US with fiance visa done do all paper work for GC and employment authorisation visa and go back with my fiancee to singapore (on a condition of having a letter from my employer that i have to join back once my 2 months leave finish..will they provide me that payroll visa thing to leave usa while my GC petition is on going???? ) and wait for GC done and get a job and then move to US is it possible??? or is there any better way than what i think please suggest?

if someone can put some thoughts on this will be very good for me coz i am kind of nervous person and having this issue in my mind can make me more nervous while at US counslate.

Thanks for helping people in need...., i have a Question related to my H1B or L1 visa application.

MY fiance has already applied for my K1 visa petition but as far as i know it will take upto 9 months till end

so i checked with my employer to transfer me with in the company to usa office and it seems to be working

So my Question is coz my K1 petition is already on going can my employer apply for my H1B visa petition ?

Will my K1 petition can create any issue on it?

if H1B/L1 gets approved my fiancee will cancel that K1 petition then?

any help will be greatly appreciated?
