I have my K1 visa interview coming up very soon, I am trying to collect all documents that can help me, I have a question related to future employment. My current employer is ready to transfer me from my current location to USA once i have my EAD or GC done after getting married to my fiancee in states, Employer could not sponsor my work visa coz i already had K1 visa in process, now if my HR can issue me a letter stating i can start working from USA office as soon as i get my EAD or GC ready in states will that help during the K1 visa interview?.

I am pleased to say that our K1 petitition was approved on 31dec 2013 , NOA1 date was 25th October, after so many SR and senator /info pass , at last i raised it to ombudsman on 4th Dec 2013 , but i can't say who has helped to get it approved, Ombudsman person said VSC is over loaded and they have been sending pending peititions to other offices so transit time is also creating some delays, anyways its approved now, And i will request all of you to have faith it will work out, thanks to all who has helped answering my queries , Long way ahead, i am working to put all document in place now for visa interview.

Our petition is still not approved we have tried all means and even got a case status email from USCIS (VSC) that officer is looking at our papers and we will hear from them soon but this is soemthing we have been seeing from whenever we created a SR with USCIS . Now i have a question my employer is looking to transfer me to USA , is it possible if they go ahead with my L1 visa while fiance petition is pending is it allowed?.

Get your congressman/senator involved asap. Possibly the USCIS ombudsman would help too.

Thanks, I have done ombudsman yesterday.....senator would be last resort and we will try that as well, but i even heard they cant' do much , all i have been hearing till now someone has started looking into our papers as we speak, i just don't know if its so hard for them to tell by looking our papers if it is approved or not.

We have been waiting for our Fiance visa NOA2 for more than one year , we have already raised 4 Service request with USCIS and one of them was assured to be expedite but nothing has happend we also raised an info pass but officer or someone from USCIS local office called us by themselves and said no need to come visit them at their office, they have already talked to VSC where our petition is laying at them moment and we will hear something within 2 weeks (this is what i have been hearing from USCIS also for past 4 months) , my question is did anyone had same experience ?.

my overall experience is so much disappointing , i personally found out if someone petition is delayed then it will be laying in their office forever until we do something about it.

any feedback/suggestion/experience welcome.

I heard recently VSC is taking long time to process K1 petition , did anyone go beyond 11 or 10 months waiting time recently?. We have created ticket 2 twice to speak to level 2 but they did not give us satisfactory answer , just one update "It is under consideration". , it is really hopeless sitiuation .

any idea if we reapply USCIS approval process will be faster or same as it was last time?

i do agree get married and then apply is best way, but problem is

my fiance mum and her family want us to get married in USA only.

so i am going through K-1, and my fiaNCE Mum said this time we will get it , so just wanted to check you all experts here .

last time the VO kinda did not trust me and sent back my papers to USCIS for review and USCIS did none.

me and my fiance we are living together in singapore , last year my visa was denied and petition was sent back to USCIS, where in USCIS let it expire do nothing.

so i am planning to reapply this year again ,my fiance mum will be posting our all docs back in USA, she visited us second time this year in singapore.

What do you think my chances are or anything i need to be very carefull while applying this year again?.

last year we were told our relationship is not bonafied.

i am from India, do these visa goes as per country ?, i am earning good enough here in Singapore and that has been the case so from past 5 years, does not mean to say very rich at all!

me my fiancee and her mom have been talking to USCIS for almost past 4 months they have not updated my returned petition status on their website and when we call them every time we go to hear that case will be closed , we can apply a new fiance application .and guess what we are suffering if fiance visa was for that? . love u USCIS with hug to US embassy!, bless us please!

Thanks all, i am working in Singapore from past 5 years and my USC fiance is living with me from last 4 months, i have her 2 years dependent visa so that she can stay with me as long as i am in Singapore , i do not have enough ties in singapore, so shall i apply fiance visa rather than going for a tourist visa?

my fiancee mother is planning to visit us this year end so we thought to give a try for tourist visa although for sure we will apply my fiance visa again and all this was even suggested to her by a american attorney as well.

reason for a fiance visa denial was i did not show bonefied relationship, i just do not understand what that is and how i can show that to them, can i buy it somewhere ? or can i pay it to usa embassy so that they can sit in Aircon chambers,,,,, cubicals and just enjoy our love stories and in the end say your denied?!.

that was the reasons my girl has to come over to live with me leaving behind her families hope these so called VO would stop entering some bad people to US one day, i would love to hear my denial 100000 times if they can atleast deny to one potential american threat one day!

I need a little bit advise on my tourist visa application, my fiance visa was denied last year and since then me and my fiance is living together in my country , coz i could not go over to USA, now here is the thing she wanted to visit her family back in usa and we want to go together for a visit and then come back to my country and even my fiance mother would be ok to come over to my country and we all three go for my tourist visa.

do i have any chance of getting it? plus once me and my fiance come back from USA to my country i am going to apply fiance visa again.

also does embassies allow USA family to go with the visa aplicant during the interview?

My petition was sent back to VSC, and it has been more than 120 days since they got it back to reaffirm my petition, my US fiancee is living with me in my country and we have been waiting on USCIS online status which is same as it was on 10th Jan 2012 my fiancee mom has called them twice this month and we were advised to wait it may take a bit longer and they will update us soon , confusing :S:S:S:S:S::S:S

did anyone has same situation before???? and was your petition got approved second time any clue suggestion help, any?????

my fiancee visa petition was sent back to USCIS by embassy after my visa interview and USCIS recved it on 10th jan 2012 i still see same status on USCIS website that they are still having a look on it, is there anyone who has same case and was approved later?

I need help , my petition has been sent back to USCIS after my fiance visa was done and denied on the basis of 221(g) and USCIS has gotten it after almost 2 and half months they have updated status that they will review it and if needed will ask for more proof of relationship from us , did anyone gone through this phase? i would like to know how much chance we have that USCIS will reaffirm and send back my petition to embassy

we have a a real relationship been together 6 years and now my fiancee is pissed and coming over to country where i live to stay with me while we are waiting for my visa done

my petition was approved at Vermont Service Center and i have been keep on calling embassy they say check with USCIS but when i called USCIS and NVC so many times they say they have not got my papers yet?

!!Sigh!!

I do understand what is going on i know it has been denied, thing is i want to work with USCIS or any to help them reaffirm it and send back

to US embassy in singapore, and thing is we have already involved senator help in it they would probably reply back to us today

my fiance mum strictly want us to get married in USA thats why we only have K1 and i want to fix this K1 hope it won't take that long.

Harry it depend on Embassy but you should keep on emailing or call them to get an update on your visa.

Also one Question my petition expire on 2nd dec and embassy said they have already sent back my petition to USCIS i did call embassy and asked why they taking so long my peition will be expired soon then USCIS wont do anything with it? and counslar told me it would not be a problem is it true?

Co Sponsor is not a problem my fiance mother is doing it we have all papers in place CO never had any concern with it and when i m in states i will get a job as i do in SG but i be loosing very good job when i move to USA but no choice...

country is Singapore , and CO told me to provide some docs during my interview and she gave me 221g ,interview was around 45 minutes long all type of Question and during my interview CO looked like she not gonna give me visa at all i provided hell alot of supporting docs as every one does but CO ain't good she do like this often with many immigration visa applicant coz it does not affect her life...

i did submitt asked docs soon and CO told me she would like to talk to me again when i come back with the docs she wanted but she was not available when i went to embassy and clerk told they will let me know the outcome.

CO was reluctant coz my fiance is 26 i 29 and my fiancee wanted to be a house wife so she stays at home and she depend on her mother till we get married so CO kept on asking why she does not work in USA it does not go like this blah blah and i hate that CO!

Posting it again... after almost 2 weeks from my interview date(21st Oct)

embassy told me that my petition is being sent back to USCIS

i kept on calling USCIS but they do not have it yet , my fiancee did call and provided all details to

her senator office and we were told they will check on this but no reply from them yet

keeping it short..so here is my Question does anybody had same issue? if yes could you please

tell me what i can do to get my visa .
