Since she is Alrdy there, yes she can go ahead and get it since she there alrdy.but that is one of the few Countrys you dont need it UNLESS you Pyschially present in the Country such as she is now. Good Luck!

by the way, your finacee doesnt need Police record from UAE if she has left alrdy.The US Embassy says its not required if U not psychically present in the Country.my Fiancee dont need it!I can send you email from USEM if you like.my Fiancee worked in UAE for 10 Months in 2005.

I call everyday sometimes 2 times a day.Leean has the same NOA2 date as me and got hers yesterday, exactly 15 Business days or 3 weeks from NOA2. call them everyday till U get ur MNL or case number....
