Don't go to Dr Roa, go to one of the others and get vaccinations before you go or from family doctor. My fiance called Red Cross and was quoted for the 3 vaccinations and it came out to just under $85 total. She will be getting them in 2 weeks so I will let you know if it comes out different.
hi, so you can get the vaccinations from somewhere else without any problems and not in bogota? please confirm. thank you!

again the question is......... the person sponsoring the the visitor needs to write an invitation letter, does it get addressed to the visitor, or the u.s. embassy? thank you

ok for all the experts out there please help. a retired female u.s. 63 year old state government retiree wants to invite a very good friend (28 year old)female from colombia to visit the u.s. in sept for 15 days. they have photos together in colombia with the family and have done a lot together and the gringa purchased tickets to visit the colombiana and her family again for 9 days in august. the single colombiana has a house in her name, money in the bank, system engineer degree and has a good job at the main bank in colombia. the colombiana also has letter from her employer(bancolombia) stating she has vacation in sept and that she will be returning to her job after the visit the u.s. she also has her mother, father, sister, etc & boyfriend (no kids)in colombia and strong family ties. what are her chances of getting a tourist visa and what other advice can you offer to demonstrate strong ties for returning because if she gets to go visit the u.s. she will return to colombia. THANK YOU FOR ANY INPUTADVICE

Her chances are better if she applies than is she does not.
otherwise i was thinking of having my mother invite her since they have photos together etc in colombia. then i would totally stay out of the picture. which option do you think is better? thanks!

Help Please b1/b2 tourist visa mistake
in Tourist Visas

Anyone that might know the answer to this scenario? Im a US citizen, my wife(from Colombia) is a citizen as of about 6 years ago. We applied with a lawyer to help us invite her father and sister her to visit for a month on a b1/b2 tourist visa(which the lawyer initiated). The problem is when we filled out the online part at our end to schedule the interview date/time, we input b2 tourist visa(for medical treatment) and not the b1/b2 tourist visa. We didn't catch the error until this week and my father in law and sister in law go to Bogota embassy this Monday for the interview. Thoughts/Opinions? THANK YOU
