I sent my I-134 with all supportive documents by USPS and it took 7 days for her to get them. Yes, if you can write down information on the back of the pictures. I did ont the 30 pictures I sent to USCIS. I also sent another 20 pictures with the rest of my paperwork and supporting documents.

my fiance turned in her packet three including the instruction form where she had to sign to let them know she had already gathered all our info before I sent them to her. That's how she got her interview date so quickly.

Sis Hnubno, I haven't contacted NVC yet because The NOA2 was sent by USCIS on 01/25/2012 only. I was going to wait another week before calling them. I am excited yet concerned but you are right! I am very close....alot closer then I was 2 months ago. I will let yu know as soon as I get the case# from NVC. any suggestions?

Sis hnubno...sorry, I guess you haven't really been listening. Lao consulate does take co-sponsor but only for spousal visa not fiance visa. So if anyone asks you about co-sponsors make sure you tell them YES for a wife. No! for a fiance. Anyways, I am glad that you guys are settling down...yes Hmong wedding traditions are complicated. Good thing you are a woman...some of us guys

Hi sis Hnubno! so yes my file is finally being sent to the Consulate in Laos. No I will not be able to use a co-sponsor because the Consulate in Laos does not allow it for K1 visa. However, I am starting a new job on wednesday 02/08 with a salary that will qualify. I am happy things are falling n place. Just a little more and I will be able to be with my honey just as you are.

Hi sis Hnubno. I just wanted you to know that I finally got my NOA2. It's still a long journey for me. Seeing all of you guys with your loved ones just got me really upset at USCIS....but finally it looks like I may get there too. Crossing my fingers.
