Hi sis....did you get your removal of conditon approved yet? We sent ours on 7/10/15 and redid fingerprints on 8/10/15 but the Immigration website has not updated yet and we haven't heard from them either?
-
Sorry took a while to reply. But yes we got ours around October. They are just slow. We actually sent ours April, then nothing happened so I had to request for biometrics letter to be resent in July. I figured they forgot us so that was the only thing I could do. In August we went for biometrics and in October we received the green card. Hopefully it won't be too long for you guys.

Hi...send me your questions directly to rickytcha@hotmail.com. I can try to help.

glad to hear your application got approved. You still have some work to do but it comes real fast now.
-
to have them email it to me. Lucky they were nice enough to do so. We are actually going ot go see the Civil Surgeon tomorrow for an exam and also form I-693, I hope that goes well. Next will be sending out the AOS and then hopefully I can get her a valid Nevada State ID card. Bring your wife to Las Vegas stay with us while you're here. Take care.

Eddie...I hope you and your wife are doing well up in Buffalo. I know there's been some extreme weather situation in the North East, hope it hasn't affected you guys too much. Oong and I are just starting our paperwork for the green card. She actually left her vaccination record witht he customs agent and I had to call the Australian Clinic

Th Embassy is well acquainted with people trying to cheat with paperwork. If the new policy is to crack down and reducing the amount of Fiance visa, the CO will be looking at anything that can give them a reason to decline. make sure that you have all your ducks in a row.....good luck.

Honeyboo-boo,
My guess is that the CO can tell because of the date of the stamps in the book. Also a new book would look different than an old one. What's important is that it may be possible that this year they are starting to crack down on fraudulant replacement of books to change age as well as adding new family members because of people coming from the jungle (Cob Fab).

registries before this year. It must be a new procedure?? good luck to you and yours next week.

Honeyboo-boo,
Sorry I can only share that it was another visajourneyman who's fiance did not get the go ahead. I am very sad for both of them as I know how much they have longed to be together. The reason for the decline was the new family book registry did not match the old one. The CO asked by 221g to see the old registry. As far as I know the COs have never asked to see old family

All is well. We are taking a trip to St. Paul on 11/17 to visit her aunt. She has transitioned as well as could be. She is learning English watching youtube while I am at work all day. The internet has kept her company well so far. I wish you and yours the best of luck and don't hesitate to call me for any questions you may have.

Anytime, it is a long process with tedious details so don't hesitate to call. I wish I had had some help when I went through my wait. So it's approximately 3 months for the NOA2, another month for the NVC sending to US Embassy in Laos, and another month after that for completion of Medical exam and setting up of visa interview. All in all about 7 months if everything goes smoothly.

have duplicate originals because the Embassy keeps the originals and will not return them to you. you are more then welcome to call me personally for more detailed info as it is difficult to explain everything here. email me at ibleegxwbtiag@yahoo.com and I will give you my # if you want.

As I understand it now...the forms I mentioned that I sent out with my 129F are not required...it just helps the Immigration department to understand the situation better and make their decison for the NOA2 easier. Those forms are however required at the interview. Any copy that you send in must be backed by originals that your fiance will have to present at the interview. Always
