Lets do it! I will love to have a wedding forum and talk about ideas and I can give you a lot of tips and help you guys with the planning, free service since we are all friends now sharing this experiencie. Where is that off topic? we should open it !!

PAME!!! ya lo tengo mira me puso lo siguiete..gabyfer en realidad al parecer tu amiga no lleno bien algunas formas ya que su novio es militar su proceso deberia ser algo rapido por ejemplo mi novia es militar y ella sometio una solicitud para ver si podian agilizar el proceso y el mismo dia que nos llego la aprovacion para agilizar nos llego el noa2 y comenzamos el proceso en febrero 2011 visas.......el me dijo que la solicitud es Orden Militar de implementación para Acelerar...

Pame me olvidaba creo que si te casas el puede hacer una solicitud para acelerar tu peticion..

As far as your petition, I'd probably try to re-apply all together, even if I'm sure it doesn't change that much if you just get married and then apply for a spouse visa. Yes you are right , im lucky I will be like you in couple of months when he goes back to the states in August. I can visit I dont have a tourist visa , yes I think you are right . @carolp yes! we are starting to think that maybe that was the best solution but we really want this wedding in the states because I feel its fair for my fiancee to have one wedding there since I want to have a religious wedding in my country next year. that means we cant get married there because he cant take vacations. If we get married shouldbe here in Germany that is a lot of paperwork too, @marklovetina I think I will take that advice and refile a new petition if we decide to stick to the plan legal wedding in US
