Well I hope so but who knows.. they are so damn slow its depressing. Trying to stay positive at this point. I am doing the fine tuning so I am ready to go as soon as I get the go ahead with nothing to slow me down. All sorts of ups and downs.. health, his new job etc. etc. He sent one about 2 mths ago.. got lost in the post and only a ripped envelope came back... So he got straight onto it and did a new one and I immediately sent my replacements over.. H...

Hi Jamie,Yes the North Is. is different, generally warmer and bigger cities. South is nice though. Sounds like you guys are not to far off your NOA2. Things usually happen quickly after you respond to the RFE.. exciting huh?

p.s. the plan is to reapply very soon. I have to send updated info, photos etc.

Hi there, just been catching up with people... see that you were approved at interview (I'm way behind with your news)... so when will you two be together? We are filing new petition within the next few days. Never had any result from our follow ups to our initial one. Paperwork should be off within the next few days. Hopefully the wait wont be too long.

Ours was a denial we went to the Ombudsman etc but no result...So we have to start again. We were in shock for a while and trying to think of other options but have decided just to file a new petition. I haven't been in the US since Dec 02 so yes, it's difficult

You call 1-800-375-5283. But you will only get a recorded response. When it gives the "File Form" option and asks if you know what form you want, reply "No". This is supposed to work to get to talk to a person, but they just give standard answers. When I did it and it asked for my file number I said I didnt know and it put me through to a person, but I had to get my fiance to call back because they would only speak to the petitioner.

I know how you feel... believe me. An RFE isn't so bad though and once you send the required information it often only takes 2-3 weeks to get an approval. I hope this happens for you.
