    NO NOA2 or REF...today is our 5 month on filing. Our congressman's office is contacting California Service center today and will get back to us with inshallah an update.....wish us luck and please keep us in your prayers.

      USCIS records show the I130 case WAC xxxxxxxx is currently under review. We contacted the appropriate division/officer and let them know there was a Congressional inquiry on this case. The officer has stated we cannot move forward on the case until all unresolved issues/reviews are complete. A required thorough review must be done before a decision can be rendered. Unfortunately, we cannot speculate as to when this review process will be completed.

    today get call from American Express Visa in hand its take 60 working days also officer told her do not contact before 3 month which is today with weekend and working days thanks god
