  1. wow shes lucky lol don't let her come to the USA,she sound so bad she doesnt sound like she loves you, while my man was here two months ago i was the one who carry his money, we spent $1500 ( for food for fares and stuff not including hotel tho coz it was paid before he came we spent like $350 for the hotel for 21days) and it was enough, and a good woman will never call you that way or act that way, coz she should understand that your earning your money in a hard way, you are not appreciated that is for sure, if you don't wanna get in trouble, coz im pretty sure the way you detailed your situation she is not a good woman better yet drop her and leave her trust me theres so many great women around the world specially philippines don't settle for someone who loves your money not you.

  2. OP- can you get a letter stating his income will definitely go up? That might help. You are correct about Manila being tough on co-sponsors, but I would probably have his mom get everything ready anyway. They sometimes do accept close family members as co-sponsors, and as he is technically over the poverty line, they might make an exception and accept her.

EAbbas- I think you should be ok, especially if the income is from a steady job.

yes i will do that, thanks so much for the advice really help us, godbless!

  3. You are correct about the poverty guideline for 5 people- it is $32'712. I am not sure his income will be enough, as it is less than a thousand above the guideline, and way below the last two years. Does he have any assets he could add, such as business assets, a second car, property, savings, 401K? Can he demonstrate somehow that his income wil go up rather than down next year (ie what is the reason it was so low the last two years?)?

hi thanks for the reply , actually he wasn't really working so much in porposed of he didnt really need the money i mean what he was earning before was enough for his needs his kids are still so young but living with their mother,so really he didn't knew about all these things so he was really careless about what he earns as long as it provides his needs,(that was before he meet me lol ) so thats what my worries all about, his mum can co-sponsor us but manila is a tough embassy ive read so much that it only depends so as what i said we are not relying on this, he doesnt even have bank statement or savings, he got his house and cars tho, but what else can we do? i mean im so confused and scared that when the right time comes i will be denied because of his financial matters, but yes his income will be going up next year but it would be next year and we are expecting noa2 like maybe september or october so im really worry, what else can you advice us?

  4. Ok guys i know i have asked this already but i just wanna make sure about this thing thats driving my mind crazy lol

i know we are still so far away but much better to be prepared, ok my concern is about our financial thing

we are 5 all in all including him and his 3 kids and me, his latest tax return is only $19thousand and the previous

years before this last year is only $20thousand or 19thousand..... but now he is making 33thousand but just started working

recently so we are assuming by the time we get our noa2 and schedule for our interview he will be working for 5-6months the most

ok so do you guys think its enough??? not too low or something for the family of 5 i believed its $32,700? because im so affraid they might say its too low specially the fact that his tax returns are only at $19thousand some, and we are not really relying on co-sponsor thing even tho his parents

can co-sponsor us and is so willing to do do and they are making well above 125% but because we are in the philippines

and his not newly graduate and stuff like that i doubt if they will suggest or accept the co-sponsor thing.. so guys what do

you think? is his current income okay or not? and if not what do we do? has anyone ever experienced the same thing? if yes how did it go? thanks in advance :)

  5. They will DEFINITELY be asking for tax returns with form I-134. You'll also provide them again when filing AOS with form I-864.

They will also want to see proof of CURRENT income in the form of paystubs and a letter of employment, if available.

Also, Manila is an exception when it comes to most consulates/embassies in that they typically don't allow co-sponsors for K-1 visas.

so my question is, will we have a problem? the guidelines says that for a family of 5 he must make 32,700thousand some and he makes 33,000thousand now.. will that be a problem on my interview? he can provide tax returns but it was low like only 19thousand last year and the other previous years are like 21thousnd or 20thousand, what should we do? to avoid being denied (when the time comes for the interview) we just got our noa1 yesterday so im assuming he will be working almost 8 months on that time ( if it takes 6months to be approve).. What do u guys can advice

  6. We just recieved our NOA1 yesterday.. I know that it will still be awhile for NOA2...but i just wanna ask something

to maybe get more knowledge from those experienced people....Ok so my fiancee has 3 kids plus him and me that will make us

5 so the guidelines here said that the amount needed is 32,700 something... right now his making 33,000 and he just started this new job..

question is, do you guys think there would be a problem like low income and stuff, coz his recent tax returns are like last 2010 is only 19thousand

and the last 2009 is 21thousand and the previous years.. do you guys think when the time comes on my interview they would have

a problem on that matter????????? THANKS EVERYONE!

  7. $32,237 is the minimum income requirement for a household of five. That's him, his three children and you.

thank you so much, i guess he needs to work his butt more lol but his not that to far away from the minimum amount for five, so i think we should be good and he can have it raise up incase we are stil waiting on our noa1, it has only been a week since he sent in the packet so even tho we are still so far away we just wanna make sure that we know what not and what to do and how to do it right, im glad that i can get help from here, thnk you so much!

  8. Ok so my fiancee has 3 kids but only claim one of them in his taxes, we are just starting but thought would ask about when the time comes in affidavit of support situation does he needs to list down all his kids? and how much will he need to make? right now his only earning $30thousand a year but i think if he add up two more kids he will need to earn more and if he dont he will be lying? please advice

    passport stamp copy

pictures and chat logs n other stuff for ongoing relationship

  11. You are not going to send the affidavit of support (I-134) along with your 1-29f. They will just look for the I-134 at the interview.

About the income, maybe someone knowledgeable can address your concern.

sis now were confused lol sso much lol, what documents do we need for income to send along the I-129F ?

  12. Yep, 26K is enough for a family of three in the 48 states, he should be fine and does not need a co-sponsor, and will not need a Joint sponsor when adjusting status later.

Min in 48 states is 23K, and in Alaska 29K, and Hawaii 27K

thank you, but i have one more question tho, he is just earning that recently this month, his last year tax return was only 19k, what do we need to send without packet? i really thought he was done with it until he was confuse i thought he already send it lol n his was like no i was about to send it today but confuse and i decided to let u ask help in visajourney people. thanks for replying.
