I have a very complicated case ( I am guessing it will be!) I am scheduled for my oath taking next week friday and I am planning in petitioning my mom right after... So I have asked my mother to please send me a copy of her birth certificate and their marriage certificate... Well... My moms birth is all mess up .. In my birth certificate her name is "Ma. Liezle Menoza" in her birth certificate its "Liezl Minoza" in their marriage certificate its "Liezel Minoza" so its a mess! I don't know what to do. And where to start correcting things.. I used whats on my birth certificate in all my USCIS papers... So I dont know if i should correct my birth? She is using "Liezel Minoza" in her documents her ID's and stuff.. So please anybody ever went through this? What can I do to make all these right? Thank you! and I am so sorry if this is very confusing!

So sorry! Just got the chance to get in the computer...I had my interview last monday July 18th, and recieved a letter stating that they mailed my notice for oath taking yesterday the 20th... So only two days! Hopefully I will get my letter soon.

I was put inline for an interview last march 14 and until now I still haven't heard anything from uscis. My filed office is at Pittsburgh...Any advice on what to do? I tried calling but all they say is wait...I am getting impatient ;(

Yes she has but it's still under review.

She don't have a problem to go home, she is just wondering if she can stay then it would be nice to stay ( shes currently living with a filipina she meet in her place so shes safe now ) but she didnt want to be illegal or something like that cos if shes not allowed here she will be willing to come back home. First of all please please please don't complain about my english im not so good at it so u don't have to tell me or make any smart comments cos i don't need it and im well aware I don't have a good english but the thing is atleast im trying LOL.

Ok here it goes, I would like to start a post for my friend, she came here in USA last December 2011 and got married early March ( within 90 days) Her husband was a really nice man, very sweet and all. But after they got married he become very abusive. On their wedding day he ask her a wedding present which is ( please excuse the words!!!) ####### sex so she gaved it to him since its their wedding day anyways and she thought maybe he just really like to try that kind of thing. Next is on his bday, he ask if she could pierce her tongue her belly button and her ####### as a gift and in exchange of him feeding her and buyin her clothes stuff for the foods and everything that if she will not do it he will send her back home to Philippines and all that kind of stuff like scaring her, so she called the cops on him cos she got really scared and she didnt wanna do it. When the husband knew she called the cops he apology to her and said they should go take a marriage counseling and blah blah so there for awhile they were okay until recently he got mad and just choke her and physically abusing her.So she called 911 and they went to court but the case got dismiss cos she didn't have any bruises or witnesses cos all the neigbhor who saw what happened is on the husband side, now the question is she already filed for her greencard but is still under review, she has her work permit but not the green card will she be able to stay here in america? domestic abuse actually helped her with the case but since she has not gotten even her 2yrs green card yet is she allowed to stay? Hi guys I have a question regarding my EAD last thursday which is march 15 I got an email/txt saying they have ordered card production for my EAD, and then last tuesday I recieved another email stating the same.. that On March 20, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. My question is when was it actually approved since I got same email last week? Thank you im just a little confused cos I been reading and people saying that the second email should be they have sent the card to me something like that.Please give some advice I so cant wait to work haha! thank you

Hi! I got my EAD approved last thursday and they mail the card to me y'day It took like 60days all in all for me. And my case was transferred to CSC to. I dont think it'll too awful long maybe 4-5months.. Goodluck.

my husband didnt have money in the bank when i had my interview hehe! but his making enough so we was good. if ur making enough no problem about bank statement.

@cristina haha salamat te! @operator thank you! my case was transferred last march 1 on csc and i havent heard anything for my ead so i was just wondering..looking at your timeline makes me jelous that she has her ead now haha lucky u. i wish mine will come soon thanks for the reply!

she can always have her visa in 2go branch in manila mall of asia, they said that its much quicker that way if she stay in manila and wait for the visa to be available for pick up and go directly to her seminar, i live in cebu so mine was pretty easy.hope it helps.

we got married last oct 2011 we file taxes last january 2012 and we filed married jointly since i have ssn you shud be able too. and we went to H&R Block too.
