from what i've read some refusal are: failed on medical examinations, poor english ability, and lack of evidences for a bona fide relationship.

It can take about 10 days or more, not to worry.

hi everyone! just want to ask coz we filed our 129f petition last March 25,but then my fiance' learned that they've already encash the check from his bank but until now we haven't received any notifications yet about if they got our packet or not , bit worried.

I am getting ready to submit my packet in to USCIS but there is one more thing I need clarification on regarding email and chat records. I have well over 1 year worth of email and chat record. Do I print all of those out?

If I were to print all of them out it would be well over 1000 pages. What should I do? I have telephone records to satisfy that I talk to my fiance on a daily basis. Good thing about that is its only a few pages. I just dont see them accepting a 1000 page binder. Please help.

hi! you don't need to print all those chat n email records....just those messages that you were talking about your present and future plans ...showing that you have really a bona fide realtionship .
