Just remember that the medical is only good for one year and St. Lukes doesn't sent the interview date,the embassy does ........once you get the case number ( MNL200######### ) you can take a phyical but as I said I think that is good for a year , once you recieve the packet from the consulate that is the one that will have your appointment in it for your interview .........right now just make sure you have all the paper work you need on your end and at least four copys of it all.

And for your divorced papers if they have print on both sides of paper to copy both sides,my divorcepapers were like that with the finally divorce degee on the back page that I failed to copy .......... and did receive the RFE

K-1 if you are not legally married and a K-3 if you are legally married ......I would assume if you did get married there,there will be some sort of documatation which will not go good with the K-1.

The easy way (if there is such a thing) and quickest is the K-1

You don't want to get all the paper work sent in filled out than find out you filed the wrong one and have to start over.

As you can see by time lines ............some are very long but stay with it and you will succeed and this place is for you not matter what route you chose.

We were on AR for three weeks cause they needed a CENOMAR cert.and as u see by my time line she is just about here.

It is a long and stressful time and yup we all worry and get now here. But all seems to work out O.K.

It looks so hard with all the paper work .......BUT ...........this is the place to get your info and you won't need to hire a lawyer .......at first it looks tough but by using this site it becomes easy ...........we all went thru it

Just a normal thing in the Philippines ........we were put on AR and after 3 weeks called the number in the U.S. and found they had requested one of those CENOMAR things and was told that can take from one to three weeks ............so just hang on and all will be fine

and i am not sure but if the oridgnal is correct ...............than they should be able to do ...........

Update for AR ........called and found out they have requested a cemonar ......... one week to a month ......could be worse .............sure can't wait to taste some good mangos when I go over in May and maybe even bring me back my princess

asked case number and than said AR was for cemonar and will take a week to about a month ....so what another month .........

As I sit on hold ( 202-663-1225 ) can anybody give me a phone number I can call fro the U.S. about the AR ...........might as well start calling it has been almost three weeks and let them know we are still intrested ?????

And if anyone has a Manila number might as well have that one also, I have the call center number and one question left but want to make sure I have them all in my little book.

Once u find out when your appointment is u can get the physical early ..........I call the U.S.consulate and they gave me the dates and than my baby double checked with St.Lukes and got hers early.

From what I can tel it doesn't affect 99 % of what is really going on ...........you should be fine ................
