    Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We received the Immigrant Visa Processing Fee Payment(s) for this case. You must now download and complete the Immigrant Visa Application for the principal applicant and each derivative applicant that will accompany him/her to the United States. Please visit the following website for instructions on how to obtain and submit the Immigrant Visa Application:

  8. Can someone from the Philippines sorta give me a step by step of the process after we file the I-130 for the mother-in-law,we will have to help her thru this whole thing,( as she says " I'm from the mountains") We need to know what paper work she will need like passport ,police clearance, physical ???

:help: So it will go something like this

    Step 1 File I-30

    Step 2

    3

and so on ......... just really want to be prepared so we don't run into any problems on the way.

And as always thanks for any help

  9. Wife is almost a citizen now and I thought the journey was almost over ............... but we have decided to bring her mother over :bonk:

I understand what we have to do on this side, file the I-130 and the rest ........... But how does the process go on the Philippine side ?

A step by step answer would be nice so we can sorta make a game plan on this side with cost, time, airlines etc.

    THANKS

P.S. gettin' a headache just thinking about it ........... hate the paper work
