    I see you've already had your medical and all of that. You're meant to wait about four days (about how long it takes after the medical for the information to make it to the embassy) and then you can start calling the Department of State (same number as the NVC) and asking when your interview is scheduled for. You do this because sometimes P4 comes a day before the interview. Give yourse...
