  7. I guess I was looking for something like this to answer my own question https://www.ryanswansonlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/National-Visa-Center-Checklist.pdf
  8. Like, What specific documents are accepted and therefore NVC says - ok, no more documents we are satisfied with what you have submitted to us. For category IR5 is MEDICAL a part of being DQ'd?y I am trying to figure out a timeline for my parents. From what I understand, its: 1. be DQ'd 2. wait for Interview date/letter 3. schedule medical BEFORE the interview Is this right or wrong or maybe? Yes I'm aware medical only lasts for 6 months.
  9. I just want to know if I have to wait to be scheduled with the interview first before booking medical. I thought medical is needed along with all the other stuff before an interview date is set so back to my original question. according to knightsbridge medical nothing there states bring your interview letter with you, only on the questionnaire does it ask for the NVC case number...
  10. At what stage in NVC can you book the medical exam? Can I book after paying NVC fees? Does the interview need to be scheduled first?
  11. well fingers crossed. I uploaded a letter explaining the corrections of that part on that page and I uploaded the correct page with correct entries and my current marriage certificate (just in case)
  12. yeh i didnt mean to add ending date to current marriage. Do you mean you made this mistake on N400 and it got overlooked?
  13. In your experience, have you made a mistake on your I-130 and not gotten an RFE for it? Silly me put in a date for marriage ended on current marriage when in fact i'm still married SMDH: i did however upload my divorce decree from previous marriage/ I'm worried now. Thoughts?

  15. you will be her primary sponsor as she is a direction to YOU and no one else. But you will need a co-sponsor to show they meet the INCOME requirements.
  16. no. but I do know August 2022 filers don't have an update either so that might give us some indication on when we Jan 2023 filers can expect any update...
