Thx for the info. It helps knowing that my part is mostly done for quite awhile.

Hi,
We are also starting the visa process.
Are you using an agency to help you with the documents?
Thank you and good luck - waiting is very difficult, but your marriage will benefit from it immensely! Hang in there,

Hello,
My fiancee is from Peru and I'm hoping you can help me with advice during our visa process.
We plan to start within a month or two at the latest. I'm currently looking into visa legal agencies to help us in the process. Did you use an agency and, if so, who do you recommend?
Thank you,
Scott - Ohio

Congrats on doing the 2-month dance! lol
I sent my I-129F today; when I receive NOAs, will they tell me what to do? Or do I go by what VJ says about the I-134 and other stuff. Just wondering how much I should be doing while I wait. Thanks.

Hi,
We are also a couple from Peru and the U.S.
Did you use a K-1 Visa Agency to help you in your document process? If so, who do you recommend?
We are just starting to look at agencies and plan to begin the visa ASAP.
Thank you and good luck in your relationship,
Scott - Ohio

Hey there,
I also received the NOA1 recently (today, actually) so I'm looking for information on the NOA2 and required financial information. Check out all this information first:

Yeah, I like Peru a lot, mostly because thats where my fiancee is from! Thanks for the "congrats".

How ya doin'? It's getting close! Keep checking the USCIS website as that is how you'll find out when you are approved
They will post that you are/are not approved and that paperwork will be mailed to you.
I'm on day 115 with California Service Center. Hang in there!

Also, do you recommend a K-1 Visa Agency to assist us in the document process?
Thank you,

Hi,
just another quick question. When my fiancee receives her visa, is it a possibility for me to travel to meet her and have a religious wedding and then travel back with her to the states to have the legal wedding?

Hi!,
My fiancee is from Peru and we're looking for some advice during our visa processing. My first step is finding an agency to assist us in the documents. Do you recommend an agency or did you complete the required papers on your own?
Thank you,
Scott - Ohio

Oh wow, $75. I've been looking at these K-1 Visa agencies online and they want $800+.
I didn't realize how great this website was, so I'm going to do it on my own (with everyone's help in this community!) and shouldn't be too bad.
