Post Decision Activity
On June 29, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

How ya doin'? It's getting close! Keep checking the USCIS website as that is how you'll find out when you are approved
They will post that you are/are not approved and that paperwork will be mailed to you.
I'm on day 115 with California Service Center. Hang in there!

Hey there,
I also received the NOA1 recently (today, actually) so I'm looking for information on the NOA2 and required financial information. Check out all this information first:

Thx for the info. It helps knowing that my part is mostly done for quite awhile.

Congrats on doing the 2-month dance! lol
I sent my I-129F today; when I receive NOAs, will they tell me what to do? Or do I go by what VJ says about the I-134 and other stuff. Just wondering how much I should be doing while I wait. Thanks.

Yeah, I like Peru a lot, mostly because thats where my fiancee is from! Thanks for the "congrats".

Karyna,
Now that I sent in the I-129F, I edited my visa time-line. yes! Question: How does everyone create that little time-line at the end of their signature? There are so many different kinds - are they from different websites?
Congrats on the NOA2!

Thanks,
Yeah, the people on this site has been really great. I'm really glad I just jumped in instead of using a lawyer. Lots of patience.. I was waiting a year to find a lawyer and make enough money. Now I'm finally starting the visa and using Visa Journey & a cosponsor. We are DONE waiting! At least this way there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Thx for the c...

So I've put together all my evidence, including a "letter of verification" from the mission trip organization my fiancee and I worked for in Peru.
My question now is on the birth certificate & passport.
Birth Certificate: Photocopy, Front & Back
Passport: Photocopy: Every page? Or just Photo-page and pages with stamps?

Your message you sent me tonight was cut off short. Your last sentence was, "When I sent the I-129F (may 2010) the instructions were to send to either CA or VT, depending upon which state you a..."
What I understand is this: Send I-129F to Dallas Lockbox. However, I'm not sure when I know where my service center is and why I need to know it!
Thanks!

I have so many random questions. I read on VJ that my documents in the I-129F need to have two-holes at the top and tabs on the bottom. So I'm going to look for a 2-ring binder with the rings on the top, not on the side. Is this correct with how you did it?
Also how will I know where my "USCIS Service Center is located?" I understand that I send ALL I-129F packages...

Oh wow, $75. I've been looking at these K-1 Visa agencies online and they want $800+.
I didn't realize how great this website was, so I'm going to do it on my own (with everyone's help in this community!) and shouldn't be too bad.
