Oi e ai como vai o processo AOS, eu enviei há uma semana os docs e até agora nenhuma noticia, quanto tempo demorou para chegar a sua primeira notificação?? o que me preocupa é que meu I-94 já expirou e ainda não sabemos de nada, só que foi entregue o pacote com os docs, será que posso ter algum problema de andar com o doc expirado??

Ola, eu ja fiz a minha biometrics desde semana passada. A minha notificacao demorou alguns dias pra chegar, nao se preocupe. Quanto ao i-94 expirado, se tiver que apresentar algum documento, use o passaporte ou sua certidao de casamento, por exemplo para abrir uma conta conjunta etc. e fica tudo bem. Boa sorte!

On our marriage certificate it does not show my married name. I wanted to add my huband's last name to mine, but on the certificate does not show it, the officers told us to be consistent everytime I had to use it, and just keep doing that. Does anyone know if I need it changed on the certificate or just use his last name like it was changed on the certificate?? I'm confused by that :S
