    My ex wife would like to petition for her mother to receive a green card. Her mom has a Visitors Visa. Is it better for her mom to stay in Colombia or come to the USA and for my Ex to file the I 485 along with the I 130?

      to come here with immigration intent is fraud. if she is a US citizen, she can file the i130 and her mom would be here in a year or over a year.

    I don't know enough about Visa Journey to join. I'm not really worried at this point. I do think it strange that they received your papers so fast and others so slow. I guess that is just how they operate. We hope to leave the county in November but that shouldn't be a problem.
