    hey Kristen, you know we contacted the senators on March 29th and we got the approval before they could do anything for us. However, today, after a week we were contacted by one of the senators who sent a letter to the CSC to help us with our case. We wrote her back and told her that we had already gotten the epproval. You should contact the senators, I'm pretty sure they would help :)

    thank you! and no I haven't gotten packet 3 officially...lol a girl who already got it sent it to me long ago so I have everything ready...Once I get the official e-mail from the embassy, I'll send all my papers :)

    5 months and 6 days...so freaking tired of waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    my fiancé called uscis but he couldn't start a service request. They told him CSC is processing oct 16th petitions and we are close. We have to wait till oct 29th and if we have no news call again and they'll take the service request...let's hope we don't need to do that..

      well, to be honest, I don't think I should believe what they told my fiancé. I've seen in Igor's list that there are approvals from the end of oct and beginning of november...

      It's just CRAZY!so many feb petitions being approved when there are hundreds of october filers waiting for their turn and nothing happens...If only someone could tell us why:(

      I think none of us will...october filers keep being ignored and jan/feb filers seem to get all the attention these days...this process sucks!
