      you may wanna check the topic "proceso k1 en argentina". There you will find packet 3 and you can start collecting the papers...It takes lots of time and it's not easy so start as soon as you can!!

      actually I've been really lucky and my fiancé has been here since March and if we are lucky we'll be leaving together on may 26th!

    Anyone's 5 months up and called CSC yet? If so what have they said? I still have no NOA2 and am getting pretty upset! :(

      contact the senators!!call again, ask to speak to a supervisor, and get them to give you more information on your case. Then, let them know you've already contacted the senators...we did that and on the same day we got the approval...maybe it was just coincidence but who knows...

      hey I was wrong. Our NOA1 dates are 3 days apart, so since I got mine on the 29th I'm pretty sure you'll get yours maybe on Mon or Tues... Have you called USCIS? If not, do it. Call every day and tell them you'll contact the congressmen if you have no news next week.

    my fiancé called uscis but he couldn't start a service request. They told him CSC is processing oct 16th petitions and we are close. We have to wait till oct 29th and if we have no news call again and they'll take the service request...let's hope we don't need to do that..

    I can't deal with Igor's List anymore. Every day its more feb approvals, meanwhile I am crying, stressed, angry... come on here to be more disheartened. Taking a break.

      It's just CRAZY!so many feb petitions being approved when there are hundreds of october filers waiting for their turn and nothing happens...If only someone could tell us why:(
