    oo sis start nko ng papers ko... exceot sa mga form .. hehe... early pa nga ie... pero ok lang para handa... so wala pa kau NOA2? dun nga din sa TSC ang sbi mabilis.. sana nga totoo...Goodluck satin... :)

      so not to worry if you dont have the vaccine history they will do a TB test also and determine which vaccines you need. Good Luck

    ahhhhhh.. My fiance is worried that i may have take many shots one at a time of med exam.. im a bit worried too..

      dont worry, u prolly received 2-4shots.. it may cause discomforts few hours afterwards until maybe 3days then it will be just fine again.. and no need for previous record of immunization..
