      No I didnt receive my NVC case Number yet.its been 21 days, 15 business days as they say, August 8th.They want me to scan NOA2 and email it to them.I will do that 2morrow. my Frd frm May Filers ray_J waited 33 days for his.he did the same thing aftr 15 business days. took him though tht long to get it.Im not worried it will get here. what Service center are you from? CSC or VSC?
