Oh no, Im kinda worried because I havent receive my packet yet and my fiance called the USembassy Manila to inquire if our case already in their system but then they are telling him another things need to do... Now im confused!!! :-(

sis,mine, i was able to have my interview scheduled without the eligibility letter. as long as you have paid for it already and got the MNL case number you can always try to have your appointment be set.
@angel: you can call the NVC (hotline is above from Maganda) prepare your petitioner's name and his birthday. thats what i did to get my MNL case number.
