girllllll the waiting is the worst!! i always thought it was automatic that if you married somebody...maybe a few weeks but they were as good as citizens! never realized this process took like 10 years!!
I did receive that number from NVC. You have to speak to a specialist becasue the automatic system doesn't provide anything. But now is in DR and I have to wait for them to send the cita.. So close but no cigar...
