After all this time my husband's visa finally got approved. I am so excited! Can't wait for him to get here!!!

Hi everyone! I have not been here in a while. I have submitted my I130 recently and am waiting to received the NOA1. Hopefully everything will be smoother this time. Our little boy is almost 6 months. Time flies..

Got married on September 28th 2012.. Now I have to start all over again.. Hope this time around its easier...

SO I received aletter telling me that the visa expired and I am welcomed to apply again. So I am getting married and I am also pregnant... I am hoping that this time around it will be smoother...

I say do what you think is right. If you do go ahead and file again make sure that you have every single bit of evidence and that you straighten out any little thing that can hurt you guys at interview...if it were me I would just get married and re-file but like Sam said, you need to do what's best for you!

Finally my case is back in the US as of 10/18/11. Now time to contact my senator again so they can help my speed up the review...

So they did review my case again at Santo Domingo but decided to still send it back to USCIS.. Currently just waiting...

So I called USCIS agian today adn now they tell me my case is in AP. They have been telling me it was being reviewed at USCIS. Or is this just a play on words... I guess we will see..

Wow, I just read your interview. I couldn't believe all of the intimate questions that were asked. Unbelievable. I didn't think that these questions are appropriate. But if they want to know about my sex life, I'm sure we can both entertain them. So sorry to hear about your wait. May God bless you and your family and I wish you all the best. BTW...one of my good friends is Dominican.

I just received a call from Denator John Kerry's Office.. THey are going to send a letter to USCIS in favor of my case adn asked them to reconsider the consulate's decision. I just faxed them my 3 page grievance letter with all the attachments.. I am hopeful....
