My interveiw is set to be in Morocco, which is where the beneficaray resides, ( My Husband ).

This all depends on the citizentship of your baby. If your baby does not have citizenship to the country he/she is migrating too the yes you will need to fill for the baby if you have not.

How long did it take for you to get your 2nd interview? And who did you see was it a maan or a woman? Did you have the same questions as before of different?

As long as they DONT give you a 221g is a good sign.

No, the case is now fowarded back to the NVC, then the NVC will send it to the U.S. Consulate/Embassy.

Will my husband have an interveiw again?

Not an interview, but an appointment to receive the visa.

Does he skip this part and just pick up his visa?
**Lawyer said**
Most likely there won't be an actual interview, however, they may ask procedural questions like address update, etc. Nothing to do with the marriage.

Can you please explain to me what happens next.
** Lawyer said**
Case mailed to NVC. NVC mail to consulate/embassy. Appointment scheduled for him to pick up visa. He comes to the U.S.A. and lives happily ever after with his lovely wife.

- phone records
plus police records,court records, and medical
Anything the more proof the better. Even if they dont ask to see it, at least you'll have it.
