    At the same date, received 3 notices from USCIS and 1 notice from DHS with regards to my Biometrics Appointment. Meaning, 19 days only from my notice date I will have my appearance before the ASC.

    Guys, the medical record is one of the requirements for AOS, Can we just get a Surgeon not accredited by the USCIS?

      Exactly as Harpa said, please do not go to anyone other than a USCIS Civil Surgeon, your application will either be rejected or you will receive an RFE if it gets past preliminary screening.
