First, You actually need to submit your 2005-tax return if your petition goes through the NVC and to the embassy after April 15.

Is this documented somewhere as my interview will more then likely be before this date and all that I have been reading on various sites has led us to believe we can submit 2005

When i had my K3 interview, the guy at the embassy in London said it would be best to bring tax returns for 2005!!.for my CR1 interview

OK i was having the same problem as Daisy.........I copied & pasted my old signature into the box & ta daa

So you get the "missing or incomplete" message when they are waiting for the DS-230??......cos i got the DS-230 in the mail yesterday & also got that message on the phone when i called!!

It could be something to do with the I-864. I called the automated line and got that message and then called back and talked with the operator and she told me what we were missing over the phone. Give the NVC a call!

Everyone who filed a I-129F for K3 visa will go through MSC!! .there was a list for K3 that had some useful timelines on!! maybe you try find it amoung the remains of what was VJ version 1

Tracy....was there a link somewhere to people who went to interviews and posted their experiences??....I am not sure whether I am getting mixed up with another visa site or not....

Today the DS-230 part 1 came in the mail, i have no idea what address i should put on it as i am in the US on a K3 visa!!.......anyway i called the NVC to ask, no available operater .............so i used the automated line....the robot lady said............missing or incomplete & a checklist has been mailed, it should be sent back to portsmouth, NH, sooooooo i'm confused, does this mean we did the I-864 wrong???

30-45 days isnt long at all!! it will happen

He does have an appointment on Monday, to try and see what is going on, and how long it could still take, so hopefully we will know more by then.
