US Immigration from Turkey

Hello All,

My Fiance is in Turkey right now and is a Turkish citizen but she is also a Chinese citizen but with a different name. Do I provide them both passports even if she didn't live there in the last 5 years? Or does this complicate my situation where as I need to go get a lawyer?

I was wondering if working on a COVID-19 related project would be a sufficient reason to expedite the EAD process. I am a postdoc and my lab is likely getting a grant from NIH to study COVID-19. Has anybody had any luck on that?

We are gathinging our needed documents finally... Unfortunately the covid-19 put a halt to our plans for the last 6 months. We have chosen to no longer wait. If anyone has advice please feel free to share your experiences. Thank you

I have a situation. A friend of mine has a gf and his girlfriend is pregnant with twins but she is illegal. Also, she has a daughter 11 years old. He is married with his wife who brought him here. What he can do for his gf to stay in the usa. .

P.s. she is planning to have the babies in the USA

I suppose to have my n400 interview 3rd of September at the Miami Field Office with a pending i751 since 2016 December.Today I just got a notice that interview cancelled case status it says On August 25, 2020, we cancelled or descheduled the interview scheduled for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXX.We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Can it be a system glitch cause when I look at my account it doesn t have any mail sent and nothing at document tab.I m very worried have no idea whats going on?How can they cancel one week prior without sending me a letter.What if I didn t check my status and go to interview.If anyone can I explain this I really appreciate it!
