US Immigration from Turkey

My husband came to the States in August 2018 through K1 fiance visa. Then We got married in October 2018 and he received his conditional GC in September 2019, which will expire in September 2021. My question is when can he apply for unconditional 10 year GC? Since our marriage is two years already can he apply now?

I am reading from some people that for the interview, my fianc will need to bring a birth certificate? what can we do if we can t provide that?

My fianc is currently a Turkish citizen but she was born in China, but since she is part of the Uyghur ethnic people who are being persecuted there it is impossible to get her birth certificate. All she has from china is her old Chinese passport and a Chinese identification card. Will that be enough to to explain her lack of birth certificate? What can we do?

My wife (petitioner) and I are looking into buying a house, but since I don't have my green card yet the lender says he won't put my name on the mortgage. This is totally fine for us, but I wonder if that would raise a red flag during our interview. If we didn't have a joint mortgage, would the USCIS officer think that our marriage is not bona fide? I can explain that this was due to me not having my green card yet but still the situation kind of sounds very sketchy to me.

I got my interview notice for i751(which was pending for 4 years) .Also my n400 is pending since December 2019.(Got my interview cancelled back in april due to covid and in September the interview also cancelled I don t know why..)I was reading the interview letter there was this extra page.I m attaching you here.So my question is Do I need a sponsor right now?I had a sponsor when I was dealing with adjustment of status but never heard for i751.

The other question is can the lawyer attend the interview with me?I heard they are not allowing them anymore.
