US Immigration from Turkey

Hello everyone. We submitted our documents to CEAC (IR-1/CR-1) on January 19th, but yesterday (March 18th) after reading some posts about required financial documents, we uploaded additional pay stubs and some other financial supporting documents, and submitted them. My question is; Would this delay or reset our processing time for NVC? There was no warning or anything that states any delay on CEAC, and we couldn t find any information on this matter online, so I wanted to start a new topic and ask my VJ friends.

My fiancee is from the Russian Federation and this news has been horrible and affecting everyone. This may be a dumb or worry-some question, but would they stop issuing K1 visas for Russians given the current political situation with sanctions?

Hello everyone. I overstayed my F1 visa / stamped D/S but left the US willingly without any immigration problems. It s been 7,5 years since I left. Now I m waiting for my IR1 interview in my country and wondering if they will require a waiver. I tried to find people that are similar to my case but I couldn t yet. I would like to hear your opinions, please. Do you guys think they will ask for a waiver?

I filed my N400 form 3 months early. I received fingerprint reused mail couple of weeks ago. Now I am waiting interview mail date.
My question is it possible to receieve interview date before I complete 5 years period ? During 90 day early filing time period. Or USCIS will send me interview date anytime after on March 30th.
I got my green card from DV lottery so 5 years period will end on March.

Hello everyone!

I filed our I-130 petition in March of 2021. The receipt showed Potomac Service Center but USCIS told me that was just the accepting center and it has been processing with California Service Center the whole time. I have seen quite a few approvals on VJ from the CSC for 2021 filers.

I know every case is different and we are waiting patiently but we are wondering has anyone been approved from CSC that did NOT file for a K3 visa or request an expedite?
