what happens if a petitioner becomes a US citizen. i hve a question. my wife was a green card holder when we filed I130 to be used for consular interview and approved after 2.5 years. by the time she became a US citizen. and I'm currently in the US to AOS. can I still use that I130 approval for AOS.?

so I ve been having all my paperwork go to Colorado as it s mine and my husbands mailing address which has been a consistent one throughout the years. It s His cousin and financial sponsors physical address. We re not going to be living in Colorado. Does it matter if my mailing address is in one state but my physical address is in another state. Can I have my green card sent to another state?

I Just received my IR1 visa on my passport. I'm wondering what exactly do the customs and border patrol officers ask me at a US point of entry (Airport)? Should I bring proof of our legitimate marriage such as pics, letters, emails, vacation evidence and such? Should I bring proof of my husbands domicile I.e.. his lease agreement. How long does entry normally take? I would like to be prepared in every way.

I did my medical exam 2 weeks ago. When I did it I was pregnant and they told me that since I was pregnant there were some vaccinations that they would not give me. I completed my medical examinations and received my results. I went in for my ir1 interview and was issued an immigrant visa. Unfortunately the day before yesterday I found out that I had a miscarriage. . Do I have to worry about the vaccines I didn t get while I was pregnant at a United States port of entry. Will they deny me entry because of this ? Please some help. I am already so emotional and this just came up.

Hi all - I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a thread on it and was hoping for a quick answer. My husband received only the "name-based" background check for his police certificate from Canada and the NVC notified us that this document was incorrect. He is getting the finger print one done today at Frontier Fingerprinting and they asked which one he needs on the photo below. Is it the one selected? Thank you in advance! I just don't want to get the wrong one AGAIN.
