As the title says. Is the beneficiary birth certificate required to be sent with form i-129f. Will we get an RFE if we don't include it. Saw in some forums that it is required, other says it isn't and it will take an extra 2 weeks to get it and get it translated. Thx

Hello Everyone

Can My USC wife use her roomate ( thy share the same house but she is not a family member ) as Joint sponsor , having the same address can cause an issue ? If its ok , which form the Joint Sponsor whould fill out the I864 normal one or I864A ?

dear forum members

greeting of the day !

i am tunisian married to a US Citizen and she gonna file -130 petion online this month .

we talk in daily basis for hours since 2017 and she stayed with me 12 months in tunisia before we get married

im confusing about the quantity of messages i have to screenshot and upload, because almost we talk and text in daily basis during 4 years.

is there any advice if i get the daily record or i will get randomly convo from each week or month and what is the best way to arrange them proprly
