US Immigration from Tunisia

This is a question that probably only tunisians or people from certain countries will understand what i mean.

I m having a problem with the form I130A especially with the section that asks for the name of the employer or the company that you work for.

as you all know it s so hard to get an official job in tunisia with a contract and paperwork from your employer.

i work as a construction worker so I don t have a specific employer. Sometimes i work with people and sometimes i work alone, so I don t know what to put in that first section of name of employer/company .

i hope someone can help me with that.

me and my wife we decide to break up and move on and i still waiting for my green card to come the question is do i still okay to get my green card or i need to hire a lawyer

Me and my American fianc e are going to get married in a month. But we re running into a problem which is her birth certificate and her divorce decree. In Tunisia they ask for a recent birth certificate and a divorce decree. That do not to exceed 20 days from the date of marriage. The problem is that my fianc e git her birth certificate and her divorce decree 6 months ago. And now there is no way that she can apply for me ones because it would take more than 2 months to get them. Can anyone from Tunisia help me please?
do we need to just get them apostilled? Will the Tunisian government accept them?

Wife applied 3 months ago. They replied to her via mail last week and said pay method was not payable, which is complete bs because form of payment and all relevant info were correct. She travels in 14 days. She s also already paid for expedite but they haven t cashed that check either.

what can we do now? We re looking at losing out on plane tickets and passport fee and having nothing to show for it. Is there anything we can do or is this country a total 3rd world ####### hole now?
