US Immigration from South Korea

Hi there,

I have had my GC now for over 4 years - but have been divorced from my USC spouse, so I need to wait to file for citizenship until the 5th year.

My soon to be spouse is undocumented. After reviewing the N400 application, it requires information about the current spouse, their status, etc.

My question is - should we wait to get married until after I file for citizenship? Will it affect my case if spouse is undocumented?

My SO and I want to bring his father and brother to the US after he becomes a citizen. His father would be an IR type visa which we don't have to wait to become available. However if we file separately, his brother would either be a F4 if my SO files for him as a brother, or a F2B if his father files for him as an unmarried 21+ yo child. The most recent visa bulletin says they are processing F2B from 5 years ago.

We don't want to leave his brother alone abroad for 5 years. Is there any way to include his brother on the petition for his father as a derivative or such, so they can come over together?

we keep looking and watching the website (no interview appointments available) and emailing periodically, but only get standard email back, with no real time frame. I did see wait time for Student visas was 9 days a couple weeks ago, then 3 days last week, now i see it's 14 days today. IDK if that could me they are shifting focus to K visas soon or if it doesn't mean anything.
