US Immigration from South Korea

Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone is waiting for an interview at the US embassy in Seoul?

Hubby got DQ for CR1 on 02/25/2021 and we haven't heard anything from NVC after that.

I know the embassy is backlogged. Just searching for any information to hopefully get some idea of when we might get an appointment.

Has anyone recently had their biometrics appointment at the USCIS ASC in San Francisco? I submitted my AOS application on July 8, 2020, and USCIS received my RFE documents on September 2, 2020. I haven t heard a peep since then.

Hi all,

My fiance finished filling out and submitted his ds-160. However, he answered "yes" for the question asking if anyone has ever filed a petition with USCIS on his behalf.

He explained that his fiancee (myself) filed the i-129f petition on his behalf.

I saw online that the best answer for this question is no for k1. Would this question cause confusion or hold us up? Would he have to restart based on his answer for this alone?

Do I need to attach the marriage certi when applying I-131 & I-765?

I'm in the process of filing my N400, but I just wanted some clarification into Part 8 - Employment and School.

They need information of employment/school for the last 5 years. But I just wanted to confirm that we are to add every single time we were unemployed, even if it was brief. Is this correct?

For example, I finished school December 2015, but was unemployed for about 3 months - they need to know I was unemployed during this 3 month period?

I know this might sound like a silly question, but better safe than sorry and have the application delayed.
