US Immigration from South Korea

I needed to make sure laws didnt change as I saw something regarding new changes for immigrants passed this past April. So the wife still has to be a USC and I as her husband, a US citizen, cannot apply for them as well? Is the new change that she as an LPR can now file for him instead of waiting to become a US Citizen?

We sent in stocks and bank statements as part of sponsor's I-864 back May to NVC. So the additional asset portion of the I-864 form matches May's financial statements.

Hello, July 2020 flier here. My wife just completed her biometrics last month. I checked her cases statuses for her EAD and AP today, and it finally says both were approved and that notices were sent out. Does anyone how long it will take for her actual EAD card to be processed and mailed out from the date of approval (9/14/21)?

I Filed first week of February 2021 biometrics in August 26. Yet nothing . No update online. I guess the processing just started. What to expect Next? How long do I have to weight again?

Hello, all. So, I filed my I-485, I-131, and I-765 on July 8, 2020. My wife, the one adjusting status, only recently had her Biometrics appointment on August 20, 2021. About a week after, my case status for I-485 changed to Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview . I understand that there could be a long wait to get the actual interview scheduled. However, I was wondering if my wife s EAD combo card would come anytime soon. I checked the case processing time for I-765 in California, and it was 6.5-14.5 months. We would actually hit the 14.5-month mark at the end of this month. I was planning to file an e-request if nothing updates by October 1. Do you think this would help expedite her EAD combo card issuance?
