We've decided to select married filling jointly as a "Non Resident Spouse" , and she has a SSN. We're awaiting our AOS interview confirmation and she just recently got approved to work!

The article reads "Each spouse must report their entire worldwide income for the year you make the choice and for all later years unless the choice is ended or suspended."

So that means my wife should include:

• Her Salary When She worked in Her Country For The Beginning of 2021
• All Bank Accounts (FBAR?)
• Property (She doesn't rent, she just has a small plot of land)(?)
• Stocks (1099 Equivalents)(?)
  • She traded stocks but didn't receive 1099s so do we make them on our own? What document suffices for this?

We're using TaxAct and it's working so far... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I recently applied for my removal of conditions for permanent residence and sent a biometrics fee for that application. Do I have to send another biometrics fee for filing for citizenship as well? When I sent the fee for the permanent residence biometrics, they said they just reused my old fingerprints and kept the money. Which stinks. But do I have to send it again?

My wife s case status finally updated to Interview Was Scheduled . I just wanted to get some tips on what documents I should bring to the interview.

1. Original I-485 application (the employment part needs to be updated because my wife started working last year)

2. Wife s birth certificate

3. We had to submit an I-944 form back then. Do we need to bring this in since it is no longer a requirement?

4. Marriage certificate

5. Joint bank statement

6. Joint lease contract

7. Wife s passport, EAD card, and social security card

8. I-864

- We initially used a joint sponsor, but my salary back then was already 3x the poverty line. I used a joint sponsor anyway because I had been working at the job for only four months. Currently, I ve been at the same job with a higher salary for over two years and my wife also has been working since last October. Should we bring an updated I-864 with our paystubs and employment verification papers?
