Hi everyone, I know this has been asked a lot BUT no one has posted recently so I was hoping some recent filers who got their extension letter could help out? When you sent in the packet: 1. Did you use sticky tabs for the bottom of the page to indicate "exhibit A" per the cover letter with table of contents? (The directions on USCIS used to say you could for lockbox submissions, but now they seem to be gone) 2. Did you use a big clip to hold the packet together? 3. Did you ship it in an envelope or box? Our packet is HUGE, so I feel like we will need to ship a USPS document mailing box. Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone! Hoping someone can help us out. So my husband submitted an AR-11 last Friday to update his mailing address only since we purchased a PO Box. (yes we did submit our current address as well even though it is the same) When it was submitted, it said "Due to maintenance, it may take up to two days for the address change to process...." something like this. So we waited a few days and submitted it again last night, as it had been over two business days. It does not even show up in his "View My Submissions" tab. he did not even get the email acknowledging the submission. Is the online AR-11 under work and not working for other people? Any suggestions on what we should do? Should we wait a week and try again if nothing comes through? We do not have a pending case, but we will be applying for ROC next month. Thank you!

Hi! If anyone could offer advice on this, that would be helpful! My husband, LPR, and I recently got a P.O. Box for our new mailing address. He updated the form AR-11 online and I need to update the form i-865. Our physical address is staying the same, but do I just re-enter it on the I-865 even though they have my other I-865 on file with my current address and this physcial address is not "new" OR do I leave "new physical address" in part 1 blank and only enter my new mailing address? Right now I have the form filled out with both sections for physical and mailing address with correct dates of start for those addresses. Any advice appreciated! Thank you!

Hello all, My fiance, the US citizen petitioner, was arrested for a DUI literally the day after submitting our I-129F. He's incredibly remorseful and has quit drinking and is getting help through a therapist. Unfortunately, when we filed the petition, the answer was an honest "No" on Part 3 Item number 4.a "Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, excluding traffic violations (unless a traffic violation was alcohol- or drug- related or involved a fine of $500 or more)?" But now the answer would be a "Yes" NOW if I am understanding this correctly. We already have our NOA1 and this arrest happened after we had already submitted it. What is our next steps? Should we wait for an RFE? Any other advice? The problem is, the only document he has right now is the arrest record since the DUI charge is still pending and it hasn't gone to court yet.

Hello, I need the most recent info on this. My fiance is a U.S. Navy, and he's currently living in the base barracks. We're preparing for the upcoming interview at the U.S. Embassy in Korea right now, and we aren't sure if we have to provide the U.S. residence address to the interviewer and/or the physician at the clinic. Since the interview requirements said he needs to submit his financial evidence that he can support me, he said we need to get the lease as a proof for the interview and other stuff. But since he already showed that he is able to support me financially, can I tell the interviewer that he's living in barracks right now but we plan to get an apartment when I arrive to the states? And that I will stay at an inn or something while he's looking for a place for us to stay, if need be. I just think it's a waste of rent money for each month for him to get a house when I won't even be able to stay with him. Would this be an issue during the interview process and providing the U.S. address at the health examination? Please help! Thank you.
