Hello, they are asking me in the I-485 form (AOS) the places I've liven in the past 5 years... I did tourism over 5 months as a visitor (B2 Visa) in 2019 for many reasons, that counts as "places I have lived" ans I should put where I stayed or should it count when it is more than 1 year. Thanks for replying

Hello!! Good morning, hope you are safe. I'm very new here! I recently got married with my (now) husband and we are filing and gathering all the information to file all the forms we need, now that things are being processed online I have some questions, I created an Account at the USCIS and my husband, who is american has been filling it from there, it is still on a draft. Me (I'm from Peru) have been gathering all the evidence, filling de I-130 A too, but I don't know about the I-485. Do I file that form online too? can we share the same USCIS account to file the forms? or some of them are filed online and some of them need to be mailed. Thanks a lot for your help. Alvaro

Hello everyone, I have a question, me and my husband are going to do AOS and are trying to complete form i-944, my question is, We don't know if we should include our co sponsor which is my father in law in our household size and therefore in part 3 household member's financial status, To give you a little bit of context, we are not living physically with him in the same house, but he claimed my husband as his dependent in his most recent tax returns and he is also helping us as a co-sponsor. Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi everyone! Hope someone has an answer for me.... I have submitted the I130 for my daughter, I received a letter requesting additional evidence as proof of relationship with my daughter, because my last name on her birth certificate is different than my current last name ( I got married for 2nd time and change my last name). I do not have any document showing that last name. I decided to do a dna test. I will send copies of: -an ID from my country showing my last name -marriage certificate of my first marriage and divorce decree -affidavit from 2 relatives who know me and are witness of my daughter s birth Questions: if the affidavit is written in Spanish, do I have to translate it and have it notarized? How long does it take to receive the dna test result? I called today and was told that I have to go to a place here close to where I live. They will contact the embassy in Peru, and the embassy will contact my daughter to take a sample. Do I have to wait to receive the test result to mail all the documents? Or can I mail the documents and let USCIS kniw that the dna test is in process? thank you very much in advance for your answers and advice!!!
