US Immigration from Peru

 Good afternoon, I am a US citizen on July 15 2021 I submitted an I-130 application for my husband who lives abroad. On July 29 it was changed to this being actively reviewed, then on August 20th I made a request to expedite my case with USCIS for humanitarian reasons: I am a stage IV cancer patient under active chemotherapy treatment every 21 days and I have no one with me here in United States.   On August 23 I received this email:  We reviewed your case, but we need additional information and / or documents before we can make a determination on whether your request meets the expeditious processing guidelines.  That same day I sent a letter from my Dr. detailing my clinical status, I also sent pathological reports as well as the dates of my last 4 chemotherapies  Based on your experience here,do you think my case qualifies to be expedited? If so, how long will it take to get an answer? My case is in the California Service center and I have read that this center is one of the ones that takes the longest to approve     

I am filing for AOS for my mother. Her visitor visa expires on December and I am planning to travel past that date to Puerto Rico. Should it be necessary to ask in the I 131 to travel to Puerto Rico? Or there should not be an issue since Puerto Rico is part of the USA. Thanks in advance

I am filing to adjust of status for my mother. A local community college offers ESL classes for free. If I enroll her to those classes , will I be taking advantage of a public service benefit ? Since in the I 485 , they ask if the immigrant has used a public benefit while on a visitor visa. Thanks in advance

Hello. We are a little dismayed. Our i130 was very recently approved. My wife is here in the US and entered legally. We just got our first email from NVC which states in part that her appointment will be scheduled in Tegucigalpa, Honduras (once we pay fees and submit any documents). This comes as a surprise because we have received mail in her name at our home in the US, they know she is here.

Is this standard for i130 spousal visa filed when both parties are legally in the US(I am a citizen)? My heart sank when I read the email.

Any direction, advise, or knowledge about this would be appreciated.

Currently I am petitioning my mother to get her green card. I originally started it as a consular processing . However, she is visiting me , and our plan was to have her go back in three months to wait back home. Now I changed my mind and would like to stay here with me and get her green card here. I was told I could submit the I 485 along with the I 864 and let the NVC now that I am adjusting her status from inside the US. Does anyone know if I should submit the I 485 first and then just after let the NVC now, or should I let the NVC know first and right after submit the I 485? In either case , should I just email the NVC via their public inquiry or should I call them? Thanks in advance.
