Help for CRBA Authentications

Hi everyone,

My son is a US citizen born abroad and he has his CRBA already. I am looking to authenticate his birth certificate but all I see is the CRBA beeing apostille.

Can anyone help me to find out how to authenticate his CRBA ? He is in the States now

Your help will be appreciated.

Hello everyone

I have a friend who came to the USA with a 10 year tourist visa. But he received a letter a while ago stating that he needs to leave the USA in 6 months and then he can come back again. He s been in the USA for 1 month now. What can he do to prevent leaving . Is this normal for a tourist visa

Hello,

So I requested to transfer to another consulate via expedite. I attached some of the documents as PDF and realized the residency was submitted as a photo in the email's text body. NVC responded, stating below. Could I be getting this because I didn't attach the Residence Certificate as a PDF?

We are unable to reassign this case to a different U.S. Embassy/Consulate General without additional information.Proof of eligibility has not been furnished to enable processing in that country. No residency permit attachment was with the e-mail

Hello,

When transferring from one consulate to another is it okay to just supply the residence permit? I do have the police certificate but it won t be ready for a week. I want to submit transfer with his residence permit first

just a curious question

if you were granted asylum, can you apply for cancellation of removal? or these are two different things?
